Service Description

Designed for clients who have never received a relaxer or have fully grown out previous chemical straightening. This service chemically straightens the natural hair from roots to ends, creating a smoother, more manageable texture while reducing curl and shrinkage. Service includes a professional relaxer application, neutralizing shampoo, conditioning treatment, and basic styling. Each service is customized to help maintain the strength, health, and integrity of your hair while achieving your desired level of straightness. Please Note: A consultation is recommended prior to booking to assess your hair's condition and determine if a relaxer is the best option for your hair goals. Additional charges may apply based on hair length, density, and overall service time. ✨

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations automatically forfeit deposit. No show appointments will be blocked from further bookings until total of missed service is paid. There is a 20 minute grace period, anything after WILL be cancelled and deposit forfeited at the discretion of Sennie. Sennie DOES NOT require clients to come washed but you MUST have any previous style removed (Braids,Installs) or you WILL BE charged $50/hr that it takes Sennie to remove. No children are allowed in suite due to color/chemicals. Be advised no extra seating in the suite for additional guests. Clients can reschedule (one time) 24 hours before an appointment. Multiple rescheduling of the same appointment will not be permitted. You will lose your deposit and be blocked from further booking. Upon booking you are agreeing/giving consent to take photos or videos of the service and hair to be used for marketing services All terms and conditions are non-negotiable
