Service Description

Maintain smooth, manageable hair with a professional relaxer retouch designed to straighten new growth while protecting previously relaxed hair. This service includes a relaxer application to the regrowth area only, followed by a neutralizing shampoo, conditioning treatment, and basic styling. Recommended every 6–8 weeks to maintain consistency, minimize breakage, and keep your hair looking healthy and polished. Please Note: This service is intended for clients with existing relaxed hair and at least 6 weeks of new growth. Additional charges may apply for excessive new growth, extra density, or extended service time. ✨

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations automatically forfeit deposit. No show appointments will be blocked from further bookings until total of missed service is paid. There is a 20 minute grace period, anything after WILL be cancelled and deposit forfeited at the discretion of Sennie. Sennie DOES NOT require clients to come washed but you MUST have any previous style removed (Braids,Installs) or you WILL BE charged $50/hr that it takes Sennie to remove. No children are allowed in suite due to color/chemicals. Be advised no extra seating in the suite for additional guests. Clients can reschedule (one time) 24 hours before an appointment. Multiple rescheduling of the same appointment will not be permitted. You will lose your deposit and be blocked from further booking. Upon booking you are agreeing/giving consent to take photos or videos of the service and hair to be used for marketing services All terms and conditions are non-negotiable
