A conditioning treatment is recommended regularly to maintain optimal hair health and support growth retention.

Cancellation Policy

All Appointments are subject to a deposit which should be paid at the time of booking. Any appointment made without a deposit WILL BE cancelled All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations automatically forfeit deposit. There is a 20 minute grace period, anything after will be cancelled and deposit forfeited at the discretion of Sennie. Sennie DOES NOT require clients to come washed but you MUST have any previous style removed (Braids,Installs) or you WILL BE charged $50/hr that it takes Sennie to remove another stylists work. No children are allowed in suite due to color/chemicals. Be advised no extra seating in the suite for additional guests. Clients can reschedule (one time) 48 hours before an appointment. Multiple rescheduling of the same appointment will not be permitted. You will lose your deposit and be blocked from further booking.Cards used for payment at appointment check out must have the same name listed on your state ID. Upon booking an appointment you are agreeing/giving consent to take photos or videos of the service and hair. As well as the consent of all photos and videos being used for social media posts, portfolios, website and trademarking materials. All terms and conditions are non-negotiable
