Service Description

A color correction service cancels out and neutralizes uneven pigments in the hair. This service is a process and may take multiple salon visits to achieve your desired color. It involves either toning out unwanted brassiness, dying your hair darker, or lightening your hair even more to achieve the desired effect. All color applications include olaplex. All color services must have had prior consultation at least 48hrs before wanted appointment!!!!!!!!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations automatically forfeit deposit. No show appointments will be blocked from further bookings until total of missed service is paid. There is a 20 minute grace period, anything after WILL be cancelled and deposit forfeited at the discretion of Sennie. Sennie DOES NOT require clients to come washed but you MUST have any previous style removed (Braids,Installs) or you WILL BE charged $50/hr that it takes Sennie to remove. No children are allowed in suite due to color/chemicals. Be advised no extra seating in the suite for additional guests. Clients can reschedule (one time) 24 hours before an appointment. Multiple rescheduling of the same appointment will not be permitted. You will lose your deposit and be blocked from further booking. Upon booking you are agreeing/giving consent to take photos or videos of the service and hair to be used for marketing services All terms and conditions are non-negotiable
